I was trying to build a large template ~100 tracks with several kontakt instruments for film/game scoring work, but just opening up the Kontakt 5.4 sampler seems to crash my DAW after a couple of minutes even with NO instruments loaded up..
I've tried opening my template in FL Studio 11 AND FL 12.. But the same thing happens with Kontakt crashing and FL Studio being forced to quit. This is really driving me nuts because because it didn't use to happen before so frequently..
Some extra information:
- I have Kontakt 5 installed in Program Files x86 (on my default system HDD)
- I have the Kontakt 5.dll stored in a separate folder where I keep all my VST plugins and dll files (on my default system HDD)
- I store and stream all my sample libraries on an SSD (separate from my default system HDD)
